She stated that Franklin Templeton has established a strategic partnership with Microsoft to leverage the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance customer interactions and product portfolio management. She emphasized the synergistic integration of blockchain and AI, which is expected to provide personalized solutions to optimize global market operations. Jenny Johnson added that Franklin Templeton is evolving from a traditional asset management company to a company that deals with various investable tools to meet the constantly changing market demand.
