Tornado Cash Developer Alexey Pertsev Appeals Guilty Decision
A spokesperson for the Seehofer Homburg Appeals Court stated that Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev has filed an appeal with the court after being convicted of money laundering on Tuesday. The first hearing may take several months to be held. The court cannot disclose whether the appeal has been approved or not.Pertsev was sentenced to 64 months in prison and, if he wishes, he has the opportunity to request to await the appeal trial at home. After the verdict on Tuesday, he was immediately escorted to prison.
