Prosecution’s Case Against Lichtenstein and Morgan

Prosecutors presented their case against Lichtenstein in a recent court document. They argued he deserved a more extended sentence than his wife. An 18-month term is anticipated for Morgan, who also acknowledged her involvement in the plan.
