Base and OP Labs have successfully activated the Ecotone hard fork on the Goerli network

Base developer Roberto Bayardo stated that Base and OP Labs have successfully activated the Ecotone hard fork on their respective Goerli development networks and enabled the feature of publishing batches through EIP-4844 blob today. The transaction type of the Base goerli-devnet batch processor is displayed as "type 3" (equivalent to Blob type).
