Standard Chartered Predicts Ethereum (ETH) to Hit $4,000
Standard Chartered bank predicts that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will approve a spot Ethereum ETF in May, similar to the approval of a Bitcoin ETF. Analyst Jeff Kendrick anticipates steady growth for ETH leading up to the decision, with a potential price of $4,000 even before approval. Despite the SEC's recent delay of BlackRock's ETH-ETF application, Standard Chartered remains optimistic and expects the SEC to make a decision on May 23. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce has also called for the approval of ETH spot ETFs.
