CertiK: There are two vulnerabilities in the lending contract 0x9700
CertiK Alert issued a warning on the X platform, stating that the alert system detected two vulnerabilities in the lending contract 0x9700. Attackers first use flash loans to raise the price of tokens, then use manipulated tokens as collateral to borrow ETH from the victim's lending pool. The remaining tokens are exchanged for WETH and repaid to the flash loan provider. EOA 0xb038 earned 17.6 ETH in two such attacks and left the victim's lending pool with an insolvent account.
