DeFi Education Fund transferred 125,000 UNI to Kraken 14 hours ago and still holds 374,398 UNI
According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, on February 23rd, after the Uniswap Foundation proposed the allocation of protocol fees, the UNI price rose from $7 to a high of $12.8. Some whales/institutions took advantage of the price increase and sold some UNI tokens. Non-profit DeFi education organization DeFi Education Fund also transferred 125,000 UNI ($1.35 million) to Kraken 14 hours ago. DeFi Education Fund received a grant of 1 million UNI from Uniswap on July 4, 2021, and then sold 500,000 UNI for 10.2 million USDC through Genesis Trading OTC on July 13, 2021. In addition to the 125,000 UNI sold today, DeFi Education Fund has sold 625,000 of the 1 million UNI received, with an average selling price of $18.5. Currently, DeFi Education Fund still holds 374,398 UNI ($3.97 million).
