Lens transitions to "permissionless" phase
The decentralized social media platform Lens has announced that it has transitioned to the "permissionless" stage, and all users can participate in the network by creating on-chain NFTs for their personal profiles. This change allows any user to create their own profile for a fee of 10 Matic tokens (currently worth $10.30), or pay a similar amount with a credit card, making it easier for them to access the platform. In addition, any user can create a Lens profile and access the protocol, which was previously limited to selected users.
