Former Ethereum consultant files lawsuit against US government for $9.6 billion

It is reported that Steven Nerayoff has filed a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) lawsuit against the extortion case against him, demanding that the US government pay him $9.6 billion in compensation.
