On May 7, a16z investor Robin Guo posted on the X platform that this chart shocked me today. The MAU of Web3 games is 3.3 million, which is far higher than the peak previously created by Axie. If the data is not cleaned up, I am sure that many of them are robots, but the recent growth led by Pixels is still impressive. It feels like this is really overlooked.
