Bloomberg: Crypto industry donations for the 2024 US election have reached $94 million, a record high
According to a data disclosed by Bloomberg ,sthe cryptocurrency industry has donated $94 million to the 2024 US election, setting a new record high. This is more than the $83 million donated during the previous election cycle in 2020. Most of the donations are said to come from political action committees (PACs), and Coinbase and Ripple Labs have also made significant contributions. The former donated $20.5 million, the latter donated $20 million, and Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong personally donated $1 million.
