PANews reported on May 23 that Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett tweeted that she heard that the U.S. SEC staff and Ethereum spot ETF issuers have begun discussions on the S-1 document, concluding that "there is still work to be done." This seems to indicate that the SEC may approve the 19b-4 document tomorrow and then collaborate with the issuers on the S-1 in the coming weeks or months.
