BEVM launches $60 million Visionary Builders program covering 17 tracks
According to official sources, the BTC Layer2 project BEVM recently announced the launch of the Visionary Builders ecological project incentive plan (BVB plan) worth $60 million, covering 17 tracks including DEX, Lending, StableCoin, Derivatives, Launchpad, Staking Protocol, etc. The plan will select top projects, award them the "BVB" honor and provide corresponding rewards, while introducing a community user on-chain voting mechanism. Users participating in the voting can receive Ordinals-runes rewards and BEVM token airdrops.The BVB plan is now open for applications. It is reported that more than 200 projects have already applied, and the official website of the event shows that more than 80 projects have been awarded the honorary title, which will continue to increase with the number of registered projects.BEVM is the first decentralized BTC Layer2 based on Taproot Consensus, using BTC as GAS and compatible with EVM. The mainnet was launched on March 28th, with over 780,000 on-chain users. Previously, BEVM announced investment from the world's largest Bitcoin mining machine manufacturer, Bitmain, and completed tens of millions of dollars in financing from more than 20 investment institutions, with a post-investment valuation of $200 million.
