PolkaPort East is an independent entity that leads Polkadot's investor relations and growth plans centered around Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Web3 Foundation has provided a grant to PolkaPort East to support its leadership of investor relations and Polkadot's development in the region, including promoting Polkadot and its technology.
