Bitcoin payment app Strike launches in the UK
According to The Block, on June 25, the Bitcoin payment application Strike was launched in the UK, providing individuals and businesses with services for buying, selling, sending, withdrawing, and global payments. Jack Mallers, the founder and CEO of Strike, pointed out that the UK, as the sixth largest economy in the world with a population of 67 million, provides a "significant opportunity" for the popularization of Bitcoin. This launch in the UK is a further expansion following the launch in Europe in April this year. Currently, Strike covers 100 countries and regions around the world, including the United States, Latin America, and Africa.
