Shardeum plans to launch the Atomium incentive testnet tomorrow

Odaily News Layer1 blockchain Shardeum announced that its incentivized testnet, Atomium, will be launched on June 26, 2024 at 12:00 UTC. Atomium will be rolled out in phases, focusing on multiple areas of testing, starting with foundational activities and P2P token transfers. This approach enables the community to thoroughly test the network in stages, while the technical team is ready to resolve issues found at each stage to ensure a smooth transition to the mainnet. Atomiums deadline will depend on the success of stress testing of various network functions and whether any issues that arise during this period are resolved. After successfully completing the incentivized testnet and resolving issues found during the testnet, Shardeum will proceed with the launch of its mainnet.
