IMF: Fed should wait until at least 2024 before cutting policy rates

The International Monetary Fund expects the US PCE inflation rate to return to the target level of 2% in mid-2025, and the Federal Reserve should wait until the end of 2024 at the earliest to lower policy interest rates.
