The snapshot shows that RadiantCapital has initiated a proposal to add USDe to the Radiant lending market and use it as collateral, planning to deploy on Ethereum and Arbitrum, with the current support rate reaching 99.54%. The LTV on Ethereum is 72%, and LT is 75%, meaning that each USDe can lend out other assets worth $0.72, and will be liquidated after decoupling by 3%.
