Data: German government address transfers another 3,100 BTC and withdraws 1,692 BTC from Bitstamp
According to Arkham data, a wallet address labeled "German government" transferred 2700 BTC to 2 addresses 14 minutes ago. One of the 2500 BTC transfer recipient addresses was marked as "suspected B2C2 Group", while 400 BTC was transferred to Kraken and 1692 BTC was withdrawn from Bitstamp.
