The “German Government” wallet address once again transferred out about 3,207 BTC
Arkham data shows that 10 minutes ago, a wallet address labeled "German government" on the chain transferred 400 BTC to a Kraken address, about 107 BTC to a Cumberland DRW address, 200 BTC to a bc1qu3 starting address, and a suspected B2C2 Group address starting with 2500 BTC, totaling about 3207 BTC.
