Singapore’s Phillip Securities and Securitize Partner to Issue Securitized Tokens for Sony Movies
Phillip Securities in Singapore has announced a partnership with Securitize Japan to issue tokenized securities for a Sony movie, allowing consumers to invest in the movie through digital securities. It is reported that the scale of this token issuance is relatively small (about 100,000 yen) and will be launched on the chain next week. Investors can participate in the sharing of movie revenue (part of the box office revenue), including cinema distribution, video and broadcast sales, value-added bonuses, etc. There may also be opportunities to participate in additional shots, attend the movie premiere, receive promotional posters, and even have their names appear in the end credits.
