Russian Duma Committee Recommends First Approval of Bitcoin Mining Regulation Bill

Bitcoin News tweeted that the Russian Duma Committee has proposed the first round of approval for a Bitcoin mining regulation bill. The revised bill authorizes the Russian government to work with the Russian central bank to develop mining regulations for individuals, companies, and mining pools.
