Ripple Labs has sold its stake in Malaysian payments company Tranglo
Ripple Labs has divested its stake in Tranglo, a Malaysian payment company that uses XRP for international transactions. Crypto Eri, a member of the XRP community, posted an article on X on Monday citing the latest news from Crunchbase, which first disclosed the development.
The latest record from Crunchbase shows that Ripple Labs has exited its investments in Bitstamp exchange and Tranglo. The company's exit from Bitstamp appears to be consistent with Bitstamp's acquisition by Robinhood, while the divestment from Tranglo was unexpected.
