Tether CEO: USDT will gradually become a digital dollar
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino believes that the intensifying competition in the stablecoin market is creating a more flexible environment, and USDT is gradually "decoupling" from other cryptocurrencies. As USDT's daily trading volume usually exceeds the sum of BTC and ETH, he believes that USDT is developing into a "global payment system". Ardoino also insists that increasing users in emerging and developing countries is more important than increasing the market value of USDT.
