Republic’s Premier Note Dividend Pool Surpasses $1 Million Milestone

There is now over $1 million in the Republic Note dividend pool. As a reminder, the Note dividend pool increases when Republic is able to sell qualifying investments it has made for cash and allocates a portion of the proceeds to an interest-bearing account that is specifically designated for the Note. Note holders will receive dividend payments when the Note dividend pool reaches $2 million.

When we pass the $2 million mark, dividends will be distributed to anyone holding Note tokens in their wallet on the Avalanche token network in the form of USDC .

Although this marks a significant achievement, it is important to note that it is just the start. Republic’s portfolio is geared for long-term growth, with potential in hundreds of firms across dozens of categories and stages. Among the businesses in the portfolio are Gumroad, Avalanche, Carta, and SpaceX. Republic intends to swiftly increase the dividend pool over the next quarter, with a continued emphasis on providing value to each and every Note holder. In the near future, we want to provide Note holders even more exclusive benefits and even greater integration with other Republic products.

Presently, the primary contributors to the Note’s dividend pool are Republic’s two main investment divisions, U.S. Retail and Capital. Republic intends to keep expanding the upside opportunities for Note holders as it grows in order to accelerate the expansion of the Note dividend pool.
