California digitizes ownership certificates for 42 million vehicles
Oxhead Alpha announced that it has successfully digitized the ownership certificates of 42 million vehicles for the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on Avalanche. This is part of the state's ongoing efforts to modernize the ownership transfer process for California drivers and DMV representatives. The three partners worked together to create a blockchain operated by the DMV to simplify the vehicle ownership transfer experience for over 39 million residents in California.
