Terra chain will be suspended at block height 11430400 to fix a suspected vulnerability
On July 31st, according to an official announcement from Terra, the Terra chain will temporarily suspend operations at block height 11430400, during which transaction processing will be stopped. The Terra team will work with phoenix-1 validators to apply emergency patches to fix suspected vulnerabilities. Users should be aware of the relevant operations during the chain suspension period.
