Odaily News According to an official announcement, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged NovaTech and its principals and promoters with a $650 million cryptocurrency fraud, a case that reportedly involved more than 200,000 investors worldwide, including many Haitian Americans.
