News on August 17, the Bitcoin smart contract layer Turingbitchain (TBC) has released a smart contract development platform Turingcontract.com based on the native Bitcoin UTXO model. Currently in the testing phase, it is only open to Bitcoin developers by invitation. The emergence of Turing Contract represents that the Bitcoin designed by Satoshi Nakamoto is inherently Turing complete, and this move will also play a positive role in promoting BTC Core development group to enable (op_cat) operation code.
