Dogecoin poised for 6,800% surge to $6.90
A prominent crypto analyst has forecasted an extraordinary rise for Dogecoin (CRYPTO:DOGE), predicting a 6,800% increase to a new all-time high of $6.9.
This optimistic projection comes with a caveat: specific conditions must be met before such a dramatic surge can occur.
On August 18, analyst ‘Master Kenobi’ shared his bullish outlook for Dogecoin on X (formerly Twitter), presenting a historical chart of DOGE’s price movements from 2015 to 2025.
The chart features color-coded lines indicating potential future price targets, suggesting a steady rise in Dogecoin’s value.
Master Kenobi’s analysis proposes that DOGE could experience incremental increases, potentially "cutting a zero" every four years.
He anticipates that Dogecoin might reach $2.2 within the next four years, followed by a significant 6,800% rise to $6.9 in the subsequent four years.
Master Kenobi also highlighted that this might be the last opportunity to purchase DOGE at its current low price of $0.1.
In a further post, he emphasised his confidence in Dogecoin, considering it his largest bet in the current market cycle.
He praised DOGE for its honesty compared to other cryptocurrencies, citing its long history and substantial popularity.
Additionally, Master Kenobi believes that Dogecoin could see its value increase tenfold and suggested that it might be the next cryptocurrency to receive an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) after Ethereum (CRYPTO:ETH) and Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC).
In recent trading, Dogecoin has seen a notable rise, with its price increasing by 5.31% to $0.105 over the past 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap data.
However, another analyst, ‘Kaleo’, has provided a more cautious perspective.
Kaleo anticipates that Dogecoin’s price will likely remain stable between $0.085 and $0.11 in the coming months, with reduced volatility.
He advises investors to "stack and hold" their DOGE investments until market conditions improve.
At press time, Dogecoin was priced at $0.1053.
