US Bitcoin ETFs See Sixth Consecutive Day of Inflows, BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust Leads with $75 Million
BlackRock's US Bitcoin ETFs received $75 million in new inflows on August 22, contributing to the six consecutive days of positive performance for US spot Bitcoin ETFs. Fidelity's Bitcoin fund and ARK Invest/21Shares's Bitcoin ETF also saw net inflows of around $9 million and $8 million, respectively. However, Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust experienced over $28 million in outflows on Thursday, while BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) surpassed 350,000 BTC in holdings, making it the third-largest holder worldwide. Major firms like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs have shown interest in IBIT, with Morgan Stanley reporting holdings of approximately $187 million in the fund.
