Telegram CEO is formally charged with 5 million euro bail and is prohibited from leaving France
Paris prosecutors announced that after four days of questioning by French police, Pavel Durov, the CEO of social media platform Telegram, has been formally placed under investigation. Durov has been released under judicial supervision on the condition that he pays a 5 million euro bail and is prohibited from leaving France.
