Legendary Analyst il Capo Reveals Why Most People Lose on Altcoins
Cryptocurrency analyst il Capo explained in his statement the reason why many traders lose in altcoins.
Famous cryptocurrency analyst il Capo of Crypto recently shared his views on the current state of the market, emphasizing the importance of strategy and patience during periods of low volatility.
In his detailed explanation, he explained that market movements, especially in altcoins, are usually gradual and driven by emotions such as Fear of Missing Out (FOMO).
“When a bullish wave occurs in the market, especially in altcoins, it usually happens gradually,” said il Capo of Crypto. “Sometimes, certain coins within an ecosystem start pumping aggressively while others remain flat or pull back. It’s common for people to start moving their funds from one coin to another. This usually happens because of one main emotion: FOMO. When you see that many coins are going up but yours is not, you start moving your funds into coins that are going up.”
He highlighted the common scenario where investors switch coins at the wrong time, selling the coin they are holding just before it starts to rise and buying another coin just as it starts to recover. To avoid this trap, il Capo of Crypto said a well-thought-out action plan is needed.
In addition, he stated the following:
“If you manage to time the market well and gain exposure when a bullish wave or alt season begins, the best approach is to build a solid portfolio that fits your capital, risk tolerance and market understanding.”
He claimed that it is beneficial to build a diversified portfolio that includes large-cap coins, mid-cap coins, and small-cap coins from various ecosystems.
He emphasized that timing when to take profits is key to maximizing returns.
