News on September 11, Neil Birrell, Chief Investment Officer of Premier Miton Investors, commented on the U.S. CPI report saying that "the possibility of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 50 basis points next week has been significantly impacted by this figure, but it is not enough to stop the Federal Reserve from cutting rates."
