On October 6, according to Reuters, US entrepreneur Musk's X platform submitted an application to the Supreme Court of Brazil, claiming that it had paid all the outstanding fines of 28.60 million reais (about RMB 36.80 million) and hoped to resume its operation services in Brazil. However, the Supreme Court of Brazil responded the same day, saying that because the fine was transferred to the "wrong" bank account, the court would postpone the decision on whether to resume the operation of X platform.
