Investment fund Banana Capital announced plans to increase its fund size to $100 million to expand its AI-driven DeFi strategy for more efficient Web3 asset management and to improve capital efficiency to address impermanent loss risks in decentralized exchange (DEX) liquidity pools. The fund is reportedly developing an IT solution to help users effectively manage capital and liquidity pools for any investment portfolio assets, currently primarily serving cryptocurrency investors holding ETH, BTC, or SOL in their portfolios.
