Report: 94% of surveyed Asian private wealth stakeholders are investing or planning to invest in cryptocurrencies
A new report from Aspen Digital, a wealth management platform in Hong Kong, China, estimates that 76% of the private wealth sector in Asia has ventured into digital assets, with another 18% planning to invest in the future.
The report points out that since the survey was conducted in 2022, interest in digital assets within Asia's private wealth industry has grown. At that time, only 58% of respondents had entered the field of digital assets. The report surveyed 80 family offices and high-net-worth individuals across Asia, most managing assets between $10 million and $500 million.
Among those who have already invested in cryptocurrencies, 70% allocate less than 5% of their portfolio to digital assets; some plan to increase this allocation to over 10% by 2024. (Cointelegraph)
