Nethermind Client Update with Block Production Optimizations as well as Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements
On October 17th, Nethermind ETH Client v1.29.1 went live. The Nethermind Client update includes a number of new features and enhancements, some of which are included in this release: OP-stack and Base: The Nethermind Client now operates as a High Performance Optimism (OP) and Base node; Enhanced Linux Performance: Improved memory usage on Linux machines for smoother operation. Enhanced Linux Performance: Improved memory usage on Linux machines for smoother operations. Block Production Optimization: Addresses block production in extreme cases for more reliable network participation. Archive Node Synchronization Enhancements: Improved archive node synchronization performance and reduced memory to increase throughput on existing hardware. Transaction review detection: Introduced (opt-in) mechanism to identify potential transaction reviews and notify consensus. Bug Fixes and Stability Enhancements: Fixed several bugs reported by the community.
