On the one hand, it is necessary to quickly solve historical problems and provide corresponding solutions for how to handle virtual currency transactions conducted before the release of the "Notice on Preventing Risks of Token Issuance and Financing" by the People's Bank of China, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. On the other hand, feasible solutions that protect the interests of the parties to the maximum extent should be introduced for the problem of sealing and freezing virtual currency in judicial practice but unable to dispose of it.
