Over 25 states in the United States have started presidential election voting
According to CNN, as of 7 a.m. Eastern Time in the United States, more than 25 states have begun initiating presidential election voting. The states that just started voting include:
Alabama (some polling stations follow Eastern Time and will open at 7 a.m. Eastern Time, but most polling stations follow Central Time and will open at 8 a.m. Eastern Time).
Delaware
District of Columbia
Florida
Georgia
Illinois
Kansas (due to time zone reasons, some polling stations opened at 8 a.m.)
Maryland
Massachusetts (cities or towns can choose to open as early as 5:45 a.m. Eastern Time)
Michigan (due to time zone reasons, some polling stations opened at 8 a.m. Eastern Time)
Missouri
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
South Carolina
Tennessee (polling stations with populations over 120,000 must open before 7 a.m. Eastern Time)
