SlowMist Cosine: Solana ecosystem has a "feed price fraud" problem, which may make it difficult to identify genuine and fake tokens
SlowMist founder, Yu Xian, revealed in a post on x that some counterfeit tokens have appeared in the Solana ecosystem, using price feed sources to confuse the authenticity of the tokens. It is reported that these counterfeit tokens are identical to the real tokens except for the contract address, and have successfully affected the price data displayed on multiple trading platforms, Solscan block explorer, and mainstream wallets through price manipulation. This can easily lead to user error in purchasing.
