1. Mainstream Exchange Trends:
• Coinbase International Exchange and Coinbase Advanced add support for PEPE perpetual futures trading. The 1000PEPE-PERP trading pair will be available on or after April 18, 9:30 AM (UTC+8).
• Binance to list TAO USDT-M perpetual futures on April 11, 10:30 PM (UTC+8), with up to 50x leverage
• Binance to list Bittensor (TAO) on April 11, 8:00 PM (UTC+8), with support for the following spot trading pairs: TAO/BTC, TAO/USDT, TAO/FDUSD, and TAO/TRY.
• OKX Web3 Wallet launches the Runes marketplace page and will soon add support for protocol changes to allow users to mint and trade Runes assets.
2. Cryptocurrency Trends:
• Oyster Labs announces on social media the end of the first presale round for its Universal Phone, a Web3 native smartphone designed specifically for the Telegram ecosystem.

• JPM says the odds of a spot Ethereum ETF approval in May are still no more than 50%.
• USDC issuer Circle announces the launch of a new smart contract feature that allows holders of the BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL) to make transfers. This smart contract provides BUIDL investors with a near-instant, 24-hour off-ramp that delivers the core benefits of tokenized assets, such as speed, transparency, and efficiency.
• Binance Labs announces that it has invested in BounceBit, a Bitcoin restaking and CeDeFi protocol aimed at expanding Bitcoin's capabilities beyond acting as a traditional store of value.
• The TVL of marginfi fell by 17.59% in the last 24 hours to $662 million. In a social media post, founder Edgar Pavlovsky announced that he left the marginfi team and wants to focus on work that he considers important to society.
3. Financing Trends:
• Mayan, a cross-chain auction protocol, raises $3 million in seed round funding co-led by 6th Man Ventures (6MV) and Borderless Capital.
• Azuro, an onchain predictions layer, raises $3.5 million in a funding round with participation from Fenbushi Capital and others.

4. Regulatory Trends:
• Dubai's virtual asset regulator is investigating ways to reduce compliance costs for small crypto entities.
• HashKey Capital has obtained an exemption from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for the qualifying investor clause of its existing asset management (type 9) license, enabling the firm to provide virtual asset fund products to retail investors.
