What is GAMEE (GMEE)?
GMEE is a gaming platform that allows players to earn rewards while having fun. The platform uses blockchain technology to cater to a wide audience of gamers. How does GAMEE (GMEE) Work?
GAMEE's ecosystem is designed to onboard traditional Web2 audiences to Web3 via gaming and educate them about the value of blockchain technology? The Web2 audience acts as the top of the funnel, and Arc8 serves as the new frontier of casual mobile gaming in the metaverse, connecting players, brands, and Web3 communities in play.
For players, Arc8 offers a virtual arcade platform where they can play casual mobile games and turn their skill and time into tangible value using blockchain technology. In fact, Arc8 has already onboarded 2.7 million people to Web3 by opening new wallets on Polygon.
For partners, Arc8 provides a series of tools for Web3 projects, brands, and communities to gain exposure to Web3-ready gamers, distribute their tokens/NFTs in a gamified way, or gain monetizable utility for their existing audience. In 2022, Arc8 launched over 20 partnerships and distributed US$250,000 worth of tokens and NFTs.
What is the GMEE Token?
GMEE has its own token called GMEE. It's an ERC-20 utility token based on Ethereum that has a variety of uses. For example, players can use GMEE to pay for games and entry fees, earn gameplay rewards, purchase NFTs like game characters and lands, upgrade their game land and robot power, trade on the marketplace, stake their tokens for rewards, and participate in decision-making through DAO and governance. The total supply of GMEE tokens is 3,180,000,000 and they are not burned through use. Burning is a process where tokens are sent to a wallet with no private key, effectively making them lost forever. This is usually done to reduce availability and increase market value.
